A friendly multi-disciplinary practice have just been awarded an exciting Residential and Commercial project and are now looking for the right Architectural Technician or Architectural Assistant to join their friendly team in Hertfordshire.

As a Recruitment Consultant, your main role will be to build and maintain client relationships and manage the full recruitment lifecycle. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role that requires a motivated individual with excellent negotiation skills and a passion for making connections
Responsibilities
- Understanding client requirements and job specifications.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Source and attract high-quality candidates through various channels such as job listings, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial screening of candidates, perform interviews and administer relevant assessments.
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to clients and give recommendations.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job placements.
- Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.
- Negotiate and finalize attractive job offers.
- Provide guidance and advice to clients and candidates during the selection process.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and candidate placement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- Proven experience in recruitment or sales, preferably in a consulting firm.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in all areas of candidate sourcing and recruiting.
- Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of labor legislation and recruitment market trends.
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
- Ability to handle multiple client requirements.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
